Here, at the headquarters of The Pool Management Group, we are 100% dedicated to providing support to our partner companies and their customers.  We don’t manage pools directly, instead we’re focused on helping our companies serve their customers.

What’s this mean?   Our locations have the resources, both financial and human, to provide outstanding levels of safety, risk management and customer service at every pool they care for.

Pool Safety

Safety is a founding vision of AquaSafe. Pool safety starts with extensive lifeguard and pool operator training for all of our employees. All of our lifeguards must complete American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED and First Aid courses every year regardless of the validity of their certifications. All lifeguards must participate in our weekly safety in-service trainings. Our safety inspectors conduct regular safety audits of all of our facilities.

Pool Cleanliness

We at AquaSafe understand that cleanliness is a major part of providing a safe and enjoyable swimming pool environment. Customized cleaning procedures are being established for each individual facility. Regular visits by our staff ensure that procedures are followed and client expectations are met.

PMI is a professional full service pool management company that provides staffing solutions for aquatics centers, water parks, community pools and city pools. We manage facilities in multiple states and can provide you with multiple solutions for your facility. We also offer new facility design and build options or renovations and upgrades. Does your facility simply need weekly chemicals and maintenance? We offer that as well.

PMI is committed to providing the highest level of service and we want to be more than just your “pool company”. We have discovered that most of our communities and facilities have a growing need for pool related programs and activities. We feel certain that our additional programs will add excitement to your community and build long lasting relationships between your community and our staff.

At PMI we use multiple social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to actively market your facility. We will create a web site specific for your facility with photographs and video to better market to your community.
