Born and raised on Miami Beach the Boucher Brothers, who are James, Michael, Steven and Perry, have been riding the waves and exploring the ocean all their lives. For the past 18 years they have been taking the tourism industry along with them, as their recreational adventures turned into a family owned business in 1987. It was about that time that the brothers were working at the Holiday Inn Newport Crowne Plaza in North Miami Beach . As fate would have it, the General Manager at that property took notice of their extraordinary work ethic and dedication to guest needs and offered them an independent contract to manage their pool, beach and water sport facilities. The Brothers accepted the proposition and began devoting themselves to offer their first hotel the best pool and beach services Miami Beach had to offer. In no time they began to build trust and long lasting commitments with the hotel and local communities. Today, from Miami Beach to Virginia Beach the Boucher Brothers are a household name. They have expanded their operation to service over 50 hotel and condominium properties throughout South Florida .

Through years of experience, the Boucher Brothers have mastered the art of guest satisfaction and outstanding customer service and are proud repeat recipients of the Five Star Diamond Award presented by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences . Their staff is equally committed to meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations. Their poolside and beachside services include top of the line padded loungers and umbrellas, amenities such as cool water misters, cold facial towels, magazines, sun blocks, tanning oils, beach toys, and an array of Water Sport activities such as Wave Running, Parasailing, Boating, etc. The Boucher Brothers also offer the most entertaining and effective Teambuilding activities on the beach.
