CORPORATE EVENTS
The Boucher Brothers have been playing a major role in Teambuilding activities for small businesses and large corporate companies for nearly two decades. Beach Olympics takes on a new form of fun with Boucher Brothers style. The beach setting helps to break down barriers created in a formal workplace, therefore aiding interpersonal relationships in a fun environment surrounded by lighthearted activities. Such activities are designed to enhance effective teamwork and bonds are created that last long after the games and laughter are over. The activities provided stimulate problem-solving, trust, cooperation, mutual support, commitment, open and effective communication and accountability. All activities are geared towards reinforcing a winning attitude towards a common goal, with non-stop laughter throughout!
Your group from 10 to 1000 will be in good hands with the Boucher Brothers. They can help you customize activities based on your group's needs. The Boucher Brothers can take all the work of planning a fun filled day on the beach off your hands, as they will handle Permitting, Insurance, Set up and Clean up for your group, they can also assist you with needs such as Videography, Photography, customized Team T-Shirts with your company logo, customized Banners, Visors/Caps, and Snacks.
Teams can be formed prior to arrival or on the spot. Once the team selection has been made a briefing is held by the Beach Olympics referee to explain all the rules and regulations required to ensure the safest and most fun and competitive experience possible. Then the games begin under the supervision of uniformed referees that will be there the whole time ready to call the action and keep all the scores. The scoring is structured in such a way that the outcome is usually not decided until the last event is complete. A tie breaker system is instituted for tie situations. For the grand finally, team placement awards and individual awards are given. This ceremony can be tailored to include any other awards you may want to present at that time.
Beach Olympics ensures an outrageously fun-learning and morale boosting event that your team is sure to rave about for months!
